1. Description of Service

ForgeFit ("the Service", "we", "us") is a workout planning application that helps users build training plans based on stated goals, skill level, schedule, and equipment access. ForgeFit offers a free tier with a self-service exercise library, prebuilt template programs, and workout logging, and a paid Premium membership tier that adds AI-generated personalized workouts, adaptive progression, and unlimited custom plan regeneration. The Service is currently in pre-launch development; features described on this site reflect our intended product and may change before or after launch.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Premium membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis at $12.99 per month or $89.99 per year, billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice; continued use of Premium after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium membership at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. There is no long-term contract — you may cancel and resubscribe at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

5. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, including when you cancel mid-cycle or do not use the Service during a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code of the Service; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission; (d) upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt the Service's operation; or (e) misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when using the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The ForgeFit name, logo, app design, exercise library content, and all associated branding are the property of ForgeFit and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the personal workout data you input, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Fitness Disclaimer

ForgeFit is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The workouts, programs, and recommendations generated by the Service are for general fitness informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or concern about your ability to safely perform physical activity. You assume full responsibility and risk for any injury or health issue that may result from using the Service or performing any exercise suggested by it. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other warning signs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeFit and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, USA.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
