Most workout apps hand every user the same handful of programs and call it personalization. ForgeFit started from a different premise: your goals, your skill level, your schedule, and your equipment are all different from the next person's — so your training plan should be too.

That idea is the same one behind Forged: Building Muscle That Lasts, the strength-training book this app is a companion to. The book is about the discipline of showing up and doing the unglamorous work, session after session, until strength becomes structural rather than borrowed. ForgeFit is the tool that turns that philosophy into a plan you can actually follow — one built around who you are, not a generic template.

The app itself is still in development. This site exists to explain what ForgeFit will do, be transparent about where things stand, and let people who want in get early access the moment it's ready.

"We didn't want to build another app that hands everyone the same three programs and calls it a plan. Strength training only works long-term when the plan actually fits the person doing it — their goals, their schedule, what they have access to. That's the whole premise ForgeFit is built on." — Alan Newman, Founder
What Guides Us

The principles behind ForgeFit

Personalization over templates

A workout plan is only useful if it fits the person following it. Every ForgeFit plan is built from your specific goal, level, schedule, and equipment — not a one-size-fits-all program.

Consistency over intensity

The best program is the one you'll actually do again next week. ForgeFit is designed around sustainable training that fits real life, not burnout-inducing extremes.

Honesty over hype

We're building this in the open, before launch. No inflated claims, no fabricated results — just a clear explanation of what the app does and where it stands today.
